A fix has been applied to the affected versions and all seems well. We will continue to monitor and test.

Identified

We've identified the problem and it seems to affect YPLM v9.? while YPLM v10.? is working as normal so far. We will work towards a fix.

Investigating

We are currently having issues with our image processing in US-EAST. AI images are failing to process, while other types are completing normally. We are busy looking for the root cause of the problem and get it solved as quick as we are able to. So far, this is happening for 9.6.0.7 and 9.8.0.5, but more may be affected as we continue testing.
